This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team!The Sales Development Representative will be the first line of direct contact for potential new clients to JLLT solutions and platforms!The Sales Development Representative will be engaged in both Account Based Marketing and qualification of leads for the Account Executives, deciphering specific information from prospects through direct calls and emails. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for booking quality appointments for Account Executives throughout our Enterprise and Mid-Market teams.Job ResponsibilitiesGood interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone and email daily.Identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead, including need, budget, time frame and decision-making responsibility.The capacity to learn about systems and products quickly, and accurately, for marketing purposes.Meet regular quotas of calls and qualified leads.Communicate information about calls accurately and log properly in CRM.Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.Desire to learn and engage in Account Based Marketing using the best practices.Job RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.General knowledge of the IT industry and leading products strongly preferred.The ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge is required.Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.Applicants must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.Bachelor's degree.Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
