Effective communication and collaboration are key.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMail Services includes metering, scanning, sorting, and distributing mail, accountable packages (both physically and electronically) according to the predetermined scheduleIT Technical Support – Hardware swaps and new employee setupsCopy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.

Work independently on production assignmentsEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked

Local Courier Support includes small bank runs for check deposits, post office trips for certified mail and food order pickups all located within walking distance from the office.Reception Backup includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional mannerHospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed. Place food orders for meetings as needed.Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and identifying/communicating with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concernsWorks independently on all assigned tasksHandles client concerns as they arise such as: lost parcel, damaged packages, untimely deliveries and other similar situations. Escalate as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1-year professional level work experience in a production settingPrevious experience in a client service oriented fieldWorking knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Outlook and ExcelAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 50 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeCompensationThe compensation range for this role is 20.31 to 23.39 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
