The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing daily production (file flow) of designated department, which may include one or more of the following functions: human resources, customer service, and promoting positive influence over Procurement Analysts.This is an onsite opportunity.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for directing a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operationsResponsible for quality of service providedResponsible for human resources matters directly related to department supervisedRequires regular and consistent attendanceResponsible for training of new employees and/or implementing protocols as they change and sending those changes out to the unitsComply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)Additional duties as requiredMust be willing and able to work overtime as requiredMay be required to travel overnight and attend meetingsMay perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expensesKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work independently, while being available to othersEffective and professional communication skillsAbility to provide correct answers to questions from various sources in a timely mannerDemonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skillAbility to demonstrate leadership abilities, independent thinkingProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to work in a fast paced/production environmentEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent2 to 3 years’ experience in a professional office environmentSupervisory experience is a plusPAY RANGE:CorVel uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
