The Indirect Procurement Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, including but not limited to IT services, marketing, store operations supplies, and professional services. The role involves researching market trends, data gathering and analysis in support of vendor management and cost savings initiatives.This role typically reports into the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.40%: Strategic Sourcing

Support the identification of vendors that meet the company’s quality, cost and delivery requirementsConduct the analysis of RFP documents for financial consideration, including pricing, terms and conditionsFacilitate preparation of deal summaries40%: Vendor Management

Responsible for current vendor performance data gathering and analysisExecute vendor risk assessment, onboarding, continuous monitoring and offboarding processesComplete cost savings opportunity analysis with current vendor through regular business reviews20%: Category Management

Conduct market research to support Sourcing team on industry trends and potential opportunitiesPerform spend analysis to help categorize addressable spend and opportunitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and initiativesSupport ESG initiatives including Supplier Diversity and SustainabilityWe’d Love to hear from you if:

Must have:

0-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, financial analyst or related roles4-year degree in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot table, power query), and PowerPointProven record of ability to draw conclusions from internal or external data sourcesPreferred skills and experience:
