The Volunteer Administrative Assistant helps the Volunteer Coordinator, Volunteer Program Assistant, and Community Programs Manager with day-to-day office tasks associated with NHMU’s Volunteer Program. This position offers a broad scope of routine responsibilities as well as ad hoc projects, allowing multiple opportunities to expand your professional skills in a dynamic work environment.Responsibilities

The Volunteer Administrative Assistant will:Handle weekly routine office tasks associated with the logistics of NHMU’s Volunteer Program.Provide human resources support for NHMU’s onboarding processes, including assisting with database maintenance and reporting.Respond to inquiries about the organization and its work.Assist with volunteer events, including recruitment and orientation.Maintain supplies inventory for program activities.Collaborate on additional projects as assigned.This job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.Minimum Qualifications

Preferences:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Computer skills, including database software and/or spreadsheet software.Additional Information
