Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the music ministry, engage the congregation in worship, and foster a spiritually uplifting experience.
Duties:
Lead and coordinate music for worship services and special events
Select appropriate music in line with the church's vision and message
Rehearse and direct musicians and vocalists
Engage and inspire the congregation during worship
Collaborate with the pastor to plan services that enhance the overall worship experience
Skills:
Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide the music ministry team
Ability to educate and mentor team members in musical techniques and spiritual growth
Strong communication skills to effectively convey the message of worship
Proficient in playing keyboard and sight reading preferred

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Certification in worship leadership or related field a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per week
Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
Ability to Commute: Livonia, MI 48152 (Required)
