We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in commercial real estate transactions to provide strategic legal advice and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing them with tailored legal solutions that protect their interests and facilitate their growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of potential real estate transactions, identifying potential risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance issues related to commercial real estate, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and property tax considerations.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in real estate law and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic legal advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex real estate transactions.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to represent our clients' interests effectively in complex real estate deals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks in real estate transactions and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to anticipate clients' needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
