• Manage and audit personnel files and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer the FMLA program and process all personnel actions.
• Collaborate with payroll to resolve benefit issues and conduct employment verifications.
• Create data reports to support hiring and salary analysis.
• Engage in recruitment efforts at job fairs and assist with new hire orientations.
