Legal Billing Specialist - Hybrid Schedule!

Join a prestigious U.S. law firm known for delivering top-tier legal services across the Americas! We are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our National Financial Services Department. You will report directly to the Director of Billing.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Specialist:
- Manage full cycle billing, including both regular billing and e-billing.
- Process over 600 invoices per month.
- Maintain and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless billing operations.
- Administer all aspects of client account analysis and billing.
- Use electronic third-party billing applications and navigate complex billing guidelines.
- Analyze, track, and appeal e-bills with deductions or specialty legal billing needs.
Preferred Qualifications for the Legal Billing Specialist:
- 5+ years of legal billing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Elite Enterprise, 3E, eBilling Hub, Paperless Proforma, or similar billing platforms.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
