This role will focus on maintaining and supporting various applications, as well as leading larger projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with the software development lifecycle and be able to manage operational support needs for web applications, gather requirements for project initiatives, and act as the liaison between the technical team and the business client. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, delegation, and meeting facilitation skills.Responsibilities:•Facilitate meetings between the technical team and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.•Independently lead requirement sessions to collect project specifications.•Manage a backlog of work items in Azure DevOps, ensuring tasks are tracked and progress is communicated.•Oversee project tasks, timelines, and collaboration between the business product owner and development team.•Track sprint progress and ticket statuses in Azure DevOps, ensuring adherence to change management policies.•Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and provide regular updates to management, including status reports and resource demand projections.•Serve as a key point of contact between the development team and business clients to ensure seamless project execution.•Demonstrate attention to detail and critical thinking throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills:•Experience working with complex IT web applications (within the last 5 years).•Experience in a professional office environment (5 years).•Experience as a business analyst supporting software development projects (3 years).•Proven ability to lead meetings, conduct training sessions, and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (3 years).•Experience working as a liaison between development teams and project managers or business clients (2 years).•Experience with Azure DevOps (6 months).Available Benefits:•Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle •Project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies (•Experience with Microsoft SharePoint•Experience with Salesforce platform •Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Available Benefits:•Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available)•Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options•PTO•Holiday Pay•VTO•401K•Charitable Match•Training reimbursementAbout K?STA I.T.:Our name says it all; K?STA I.T.
