Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant (Sales) to join our team in Irvine, California. The role primarily focuses on the provision of administrative support to our sales team, with duties encompassing a range of tasks from answering inbound calls to scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where excellent customer service and proficiency in Spanish language and CRM are highly valued. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain and manage customer records. Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and issues. Conduct accurate data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer information as required. Carry out email correspondence, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and timely. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed. Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Leverage fluency in the Spanish language to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking customers. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of detail and organization. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally. Demonstrated ability to use CRM software to manage client relationships and data. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs. Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring timely responses and professional communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, tasks, and appointments. Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. Fluency in the Spanish language to cater to a diverse range of clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
