We are seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join our Mayo Clinic owned regional medical center. The Regional Medical Center is comprised of 17 clinics and four hospitals in a 12 county area of southern Minnesota.Our growing regional practice serves a population of 260,000+. We have 170 (and growing) practicing physicians and mid-levels employed by our organization in the community medical centers throughout the region. We are the site of the Rural Family Practice Residency for the University of Minnesota.Practice Opportunity Details
Office is attached hospitalCall: 1:5, usually light (0-1 consults per day), rarely admit to neurology (most to IM), two neurosurgeons on staffMultispecialty Clinic & integrated hospital owned by Mayo ClinicHelicopter based in town, certified level III trauma servicesFive neurophysiology technologists: EMG, EEG/LTM, EPÑSSEP, VER, BAER, IOM, QSART, Cardiovagals and vestibular. Sleep lab on siteBenefits
Employed position with two year salary guarantee concurrent with RVU planPaid malpractice, dental, health, disability, life insurance and relocation. Two retirement plans4-6 weeks vacation, 1-2 weeks CMECME stipend ($5,000) plus free tuition to Mayo Clinic sponsored CMEAdditional $1,500 for dues, fees and membershipsBalance between work and free time while earning a highly competitive salary (AMGA median with adjustment for level of training and experience)Community
