THE GIST:
Our client, a Bay Area-based boutique investment firm seeks a highly-motivated Executive Assistant to join their passionate and agile team supporting their Co-Founder. This role will mainly be responsible for providing daily administrative support and personal assistance to their Co-Founder. The ideal candidate has a stellar track record of supporting c-level executives and leadership, ideally out of finance. This person must be ok with working outside of traditional business hours as the executive is often traveling across different time zones.

THE NITTY GRITTY:Heavy calendar management across multiple time zonesResearch, plan and execute complex domestic and international travel, including private aviationMonitor and address incoming communications with a sense of urgency and high-level of discretionProvide personal administrative support for Co-Founder and familyWork collaboratively with CoS and other members of the administrative team to maintain Co-Founder's schedule and plan logisticsCoordinate internal and external meetingsTrack expenses and prepare expense reports on a monthly basisAssist in planning team off-sites and eventsProvide backup support to other EAs and assist with ad hoc projects, as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadershipExperience in a private equity, venture capital, or investment management highly preferredBachelor's degree requiredAbility to work outside traditional business hours and respond to urgent matters in a timely mannerExperience at a small finance firm or family office environment strongly preferredExperience with private aviation a plusDetail-oriented and great at multitaskingTeam-player with a propensity to pitch in where you are neededExcellent communicator with exceptional written, verbal & interpersonal skillsStrong learning agility and ability to anticipate neededAbility to think strategically & see the bigger picture and how their work fits into itTHE CHERRY ON TOP:
