What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Build and execute sales strategies to drive new sales and revenue growth within the assigned districtManage a team of sales professionals, ensuring accountability and performance excellenceOversee sales and renewal pipeline management with clear metrics and accountabilitiesCollaborate with various teams to execute strategic plans and drive productivityLead contact management strategies to ensure regular engagement with clients and achievement of sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship managementProven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team effectivenessStrong strategic thinking and sales negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentBachelor's degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent experience preferred
