What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth across assigned districtsManage a team of 50-70 sales professionals, ensuring accountability and performance excellenceCollaborate with various teams to execute sales plans and optimize sales and renewal opportunitiesDrive effective contact management and client engagement strategiesMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to achieve financial objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship managementProven leadership skills focused on accountability and team empowermentStrong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment and manage multiple projectsFour-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
