Job Description:
This part-time HR Consultant role will support the growth and scaling of our client's organization by enhancing HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS, and employee relations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on HR experience who aligns with their mission and understands the importance of DEIA in all aspects of workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of HRIS and new benefits systems
Manage employee relations and wellness programs
Support the development of HR policies and procedures
Work closely with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and benefits platforms
Experience implementing benefit plans and new HR systems
Strong alignment with DEIA values and mission-driven work
Bachelor's degree preferred, SHRM or similar HR certification a plus
