Job Summary
We are a reputable multi-unit behavioral health provider looking for a COO. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that all departments align with our strategic goals and objectives. The COO will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leading initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability. This executive position requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and senior leadership.
Duties
Supervise and manage daily operations across all departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Lead change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring department heads and promoting professional development.
Manage budgeting processes, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities.
Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate policies that promote company culture and vision.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
Strong knowledge and years of experience in the SUD/MH industry.
Strong background in operations management with a focus on process improvement.
Demonstrated ability in change management and leading organizational transformations.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in strategic planning and execution, with a track record of successful business development.
Strong budgeting skills, including financial forecasting and resource allocation.
Excellent leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
This role is ideal for an experienced executive who is passionate about driving operational success and leading teams toward achieving organizational goals.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
