OverviewThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and program management especially in pain management/orthopedics. The COO will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement effective operational strategies that drive efficiency, improve processes, and enhance overall organizational performance.

Duties

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee program management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future operational needs and resource allocation.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Manage change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Supervise department heads and provide guidance on operational best practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and accountability among teams.

$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
