Our non-profit client is seeking a Development Director (Associate) to support the Executive Director with Major Donor Fundraising Programs. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in fundraising and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities:Establish and evaluate fundraising goals, identifying, and prioritizing high-potential prospects.Meet annual fundraising targets and manage donor relationships, including preparing funding requests and follow-up reports.Develop donor benefits and recognition strategies to enhance relationships, collaborating with program staff as needed.Assist in strategic planning and promote Endowment campaign activities.Conduct prospect research and create strategies to engage individual and corporate donors, soliciting gifts according to established plans.Oversee the creation of solicitation materials, campaign summaries, and reports while monitoring campaign results.Manage the production and distribution of press releases, printed publications, and other communications.Collaborate with various staff members as needed.Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations, with a focus on major gifts.Preferred experience in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $30.00 per hour
