Job Summary The Minnesota Cannabis Expungement Board (CEB) is an executive branch agency dedicated to the review of cannabis felonies for expungement or resentencing. The Deputy Director/Chief Legal Counsel (Deputy) of the CEB is accountable to the Executive Director and serves as the second in command, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Counsel, and Chief Data Practices Compliance Officer for the agency. The Deputy will provide executive leadership, guidance, and direction to the operations teams, ensuring the Board carries out its statutory responsibilities equitably, efficiently, and transparently.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in Minnesota
Five (5) years professional experience in criminal law or prosecution
Knowledge of and experience with setting program objectives
Demonstrated leadership experience
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
