Our Human Resources leaders at PepsiCo provide leadership and functional HR management support to field sales, warehouse and manufacturing plants at several PepsiCo locations across the United States.
Responsibilities:
Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support PBNA strategy
Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans
Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs (including campus recruiting). Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing Outreach
Develop and execute site/region-level strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture
Lead and participate in Market & Region level Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and effectively present to all levels of the organization
Effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training)
Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items; previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
Proven ability to influence decision making
Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise; comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
Consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situations
Strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel/Word
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another related field preferred
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred
Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience of 3-5 years
Experience supporting front-line employees, field-based client groups with HR in a manufacturing or distribution center environment and in-depth labor relations/union experience preferred
