If you are highly motivated and detail oriented, we want you on our team! This is a fast-paced role, responsible for coordinating systems development and performance improvement change that impacts HHS' direct service delivery systems. Direct service delivery systems include the following services: screening and assessment, diagnostic services, case management and navigation, treatment, crisis services, recovery services, and inspection services. This position assures HHS is working to ensure that direct services are delivered efficiently and effectively for individuals, families, and communities across the State of Iowa.Responsibilities:This position will work within the HHS Systems Development unit and with assigned HHS divisions, including interacting directly with HHS Executive Leadership and other managers to coordinate the management and change of direct service delivery systems. Two years of full-time professional-level work experience in program administration, program development, program operations, or management; and b. A total of four years of education and full-time experience (as described in part a), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work in any field equals one year of full-time experience; and c. A total of two years of graduate-level education and full-time experience (as described in part a), where twenty-four semester hours of accredited graduate college or university course work in a public-service-related area (e.g., public or business administration, social work, public health, law, education, engineering) equals one year of full-time experience.
