With AirOps, teams launch AI workflows that use the best AI models, techniques, and data sources to drive profitable growth. All without a dev team.About the RoleAs a founding member of our revenue organization, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our growth engine. You will drive new revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, and you will work closely with the revenue team to manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closing to expansion opportunities. You will collaborate with account executives, the VP of Sales, and the Growth team to create and execute repeatable pipeline generation processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targetsScale personalized outreach leveraging cold calling, emailing, and social networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering to identify prospects and build pipelineMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecastsUse data to continuously improve sales processes and resultsThrive in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment - no task should be too big or too smallQualifications:1+ years experience in an early-stage sales roleExperience in cold calling and prospectingDemonstrated success in consistently exceeding expectationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environmentComfortable in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA genuine curiosity around AIBenefits:Generous Health, Dental, Vision, and Life benefitsHighly competitive equityA fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!Our Core Values:Humanity:
