What you will be doing…
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for setting the overall sales strategy for assigned accounts. You will be a key player in driving significant growth in either our MRO or distribution sectors. This role involves oversight of sales operations, strategic planning, and customer relationship management to ensure long-term business success.
Your role will involve:
Preparing Responses to RFQs and RFPs:
You will be responsible for crafting responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Quoting and Follow-ups : You will generate and provide competitive quotes for customers, track and follow up on all outstanding quotes, and negotiate terms that are favorable for both the customer and the organization.
Leading Contract Negotiations:
You will lead the negotiation process for contracts and agreements, securing terms that align with both customer expectations and industry regulations, while ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.
Client and Stakeholder Relationships:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners will be a central part of your role. You will actively work to understand their needs, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives. This collaboration will ensure the seamless execution of product launches, service enhancements, and customer support initiatives.
Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and develop strategies to increase market share.
Customer Feedback and Improvement:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, working with other departments to implement changes that enhance the customer experience and address any service gaps.
Reporting and Strategic Planning : You will be responsible for tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management, and contributing to the strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on your market knowledge and sales data.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
What we are looking for…
You will need to have:
Extensive Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in the aviation industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
A deep understanding of aviation products, services, and industry dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex customer requirements and regulatory landscapes.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, and the ability to learn and utilize proprietary software systems effectively.
Analytical and Organizational Skills:
Strong research, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Flexibility and Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent FCAH Aerospace.

Quantum Experience:
Familiarity with the Quantum Component Control aviation ERP software system, which is a significant advantage.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
