Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.ResponsibilitiesJob duties may include, but are not limited to:Looks the part and plays the part! Manner, spirit, grooming and enthusiasm!!!To help create a safe, convenient, and fun outdoor escape for all.Provide guests with both face to face and over the phone customer support and answer general questions about our mountain, solve problems regarding our products, and use the proper tools to help guests with their visit.Ticket sales/refunds using Point of Sale System (training provided).QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Passion for providing outstanding customer serviceProblem resolving and positive attitudeAbility to provide information about tickets, base areas and up-sell season passesConsistent attendance with excellent work ethicWage and Benefit Info:The wage range for this position is: from $20.23 to $21.80/hrThis is a non-benefited role.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).
