OverviewBase wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus!The Summit is seeking an experienced individual to join our Accounting team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations within the Accounts Payable department. Functions include invoice processing, purchasing oversight and general accounting.Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.ResponsibilitiesJob duties may include, but are not limited to:Sorts and distributes incoming accounting-related mail and emails.Responds to all accounts payable mail and email from internal and external business partners.Reviews all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and purchase approval prior to entry and payment.Reviews and enters both paper and electronic expense reports.Reviews, communicates with employees, corrects and enters expense reimbursement requests.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Ability to work in a fast paced environment maintaining accuracy, timeliness and an eye for detail.Ability to adapt to changing processes and software.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.Be professional and reliable with a sense of urgency.Join our team and enjoy The Summit Experience!Wage and Benefit Info:The wage range for this position is: from $21 to $25/hr. This is a benefited role.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k).
