Earn a 5% bonus on ALL gross earnings (base plus tips) for completing your season commitment.The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for maintaining established high standards of quality and accuracy for all positions through positive leadership and teamwork.Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.
Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Manages all food and beverage operations by planning, implementing, administering, monitoring and evaluating all services to ensure guest needs and company objectives are met.Oversees daily operations and resolves a wide variety of problems.With the assistance of the Cleanliness & Facilities Crew ensures the lodges and plazas are clean and well maintained.Motivates, directs, and evaluates team in order to ensure that employees receive adequate information, guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.Assists with day to day operations, payroll, and inventory.Contributes to profitability and efficiency of operations by controlling overall costs and assuring that all staff perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.Good computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.Must have a Food Worker Card.Click Here for Full Job DescriptionJoin our team and enjoy The Summit Experience!Wage and Benefit Info:The wage for this position is: $20.34 to $23.43/hrThis is a non-benefited role.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Health benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles.
