Ride for free all season long!The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining established high standards of quality and accuracy for all positions through positive leadership and teamwork.Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.Responsibilities

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Manages all food and beverage operations by planning, implementing, administering, monitoring and evaluating all services to ensure guest needs and company objectives are met.Performs detailed supervisory duties such as scheduling/payroll, inventory, ordering, handling team member needs, coaching team members on performance.With the assistance of the Cleanliness & Facilities Crew ensures the lodges and plazas are clean and well maintained.Responsible for ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of food and beverage service supplies.Assists in proactively controlling labor and operating costs by responding to daily business needs.Must be competent in handling guest and crew relations in challenging circumstances.Encourage, mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to ensure maximum potential and job satisfaction within the team.Qualifications

The wage for this position is: $22.40 to 25.49/hr. This is a non-benefited role.All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Health benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles.
