Posting Context Statement

Reporting to the Custer County Extension Educator, focusing on office operations including finance and administration. The Extension Office in Custer County staff position will perform a variety of tasks, with little or no supervision, keeping office hours 5 days a week. This position will perform a wide variety of clerical, reception, bookkeeping, and program support functions for the Extension Educator as assigned or required. This is an off-campus location. Work site is in Challis, Idaho.

Position Overview

Assist with administrative tasks including preparing correspondence, maintaining records, maintaining calendars, monitoring office inventory, ordering supplies when necessary and completing various assignments as needed. This position may be the first point of contact for the department, and is tasked with ensuring that information flows accurately, efficiently and effectively while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

Associates Degree, or a combination of education and/or related work experienceExperience in/with:
