At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB :The Casino Cage Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the Casino Cage during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service. All duties must be carried out in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as departmental and company policies and procedures.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Manage the Casino Cage:
Communicate regularly with the Casino, Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Retail departmentsEnsure Efficiency:
Monitor operations to ensure smooth functioning and balance the banks at the end of each shift, following departmental policies and Title 31 compliancePromote Excellent Guest Service:
Lead the team to deliver outstanding service, addressing guest complaints and M life Rewards Member requests promptly and professionallySupervise Rewards Programs:
Oversee the M life Rewards program, MyVegas rewards program, and M life Rewards Mastercard program. Issue FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons, and adjust tier credits as requested, in line with company policiesAdjust Tiers as Needed:
Have the authority to manually adjust tiers for MVP, Mastercard, and other requests according to company guidelinesHuman Resources Management:
Create a positive work environment that supports teamwork and client service. Oversee hiring, performance feedback, disciplinary actions, recognition, and employee satisfaction, while ensuring effective training and succession planning with a focus on diversityPerform Casino Cage Functions:
Be proficient in all Casino Cage banking and window operationsAdditional Duties:
