Trueline's client is seeking an Employment & Labor Associate to join their team in Denver. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized practice and take on significant responsibility within a cohesive team.
Other optional locations include St. Louis, Kansas City, and Atlanta.
What You'll Do as the Employment & Labor Associate:• Handle employment and labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting documents, and deal-related agreements• Review and draft workplace policies, work rules, and handbooks for nationwide employers• Provide practical advice to management-side clients on various workplace laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, WARN Act)• Manage client engagements and assume a high degree of responsibility• Collaborate with a diverse team across multiple offices and practice areas
You'll Succeed as the Mid-Level Employment & Labor Associate if you Have:• 3-6 years of experience in employment and labor law• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Superior analytical abilities• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic• Ability to manage multiple priorities• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission (or eligibility) in the state of practice
