Trueline's client is seeking an Employment & Labor Associate to join their team in St. Louis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized practice and take on significant responsibility within a cohesive team.Other optional locations include St. Louis, Kansas City, and Atlanta. MUST BE BARRED IN STATE OF PRACTICE.**This is NOT a litigation role. This is mostly corporate work. It is corporate work within Labor and Employment. Do not apply if litigation is your background.Skills/Experience/Responsibilities:60%+ deal work (not litigation)Employment and labor law in the context of mergers and acquisitionsDue Diligence and diligence memorandaDisclosure SchedulesReview and drafting of employment-related representations and covenants in merger agreementsStock and asset purchase agreementsDeal-related executive employment and separation agreementsReview and drafting of various workplace policies, rules, and handbooks for employers with operations and employees nationwidePractice advice for management-side clients regarding various workplace laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, WARN Act)Bar Admissions:
