JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Analyst has broad ranging responsibilities in all aspects of Supply Chain operations. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on application within each of the departments in Supply Chain to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations. The Supply Chain Analyst will provide analytics and reporting of the Shipping, Inventory, Assembly, Planning & Purchasing processes in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reach out to HQ for part information to set up on systemContact various local vendors for purchasing spare parts with the best cost-effective dealsMonitor customer backlogs and analyze different methods for order fulfillmentPurchase order creation based on forecast review and purchase requisition from other teamsCreate and organize work orders to transfer to Production teamSet up ATM part number for ATM reconfigurationOrganize current stock and monitor ETA of open PO for Production teamCommunicate with Production team and Production manager to resolve issues from ProductionBuild close working relationship within the company and external parties such as HQ and local vendorsSuggest solutions for process improvementsIdentify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely mannerProvide constructive feedbackWork with finance, sales, manufacturing and parts teams to determine best vendors and distributorsBuild and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or similar field.Minimum 4 years of supply chain analytics experience.Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories.Hands-on experience with logistics,Excellent time management and communication skills requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
