In partnership with a growing local business, J. Morrissey seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all recruiting activities and strategies. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings through networking, attending events, posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding process.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruiting strategies.Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates.Attend career fairs and networking events to expand recruitment efforts.Manage job postings, offers, and the onboarding process.Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for construction contractors.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with managers across departments.Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401k, medical, vision, dental insurance, etc. offered.
