Regional Director of Operations:
United Digestive (UD) is looking for seasoned operations professional to lead one of three regions in the metro Atlanta market as Regional Director of Operations. The Director will be responsible for management of overall performance of multiple UD clinics and endoscopy centers.
Management includes strategic planning, operational excellence, provider relationships, hiring, training, and related areas of growth execution. Key success factors will be clinic and endoscopy centers that are positioned to deliver the growth, onboarding, quality clinical results and margin objectives in line with the UD culture while creating high quality, innovative GI care experiences.
Responsibilities include:Managing regional performance against financial, operational, and quality metricsChampioning the UD cultureLeveraging resources across the organization and working cross-functionally with newly acquired practicesHiring & developing top talentSupervising operations & implementationCommunication and reporting on vision, plan, goals, and performanceMarket development and presence in local market, both referring providers and referring practice leadershipYou Must Be:
A leader who has demonstrated results in strategic planning and goal developmentExperienced in leading and collaborating with large cross functional teams towards development and execution of strategic plansA developer of talent, comfortable coaching individuals so they can be at their best and inspire their teams to do great workAn excellent problem solver, able to focus on both the smaller task and the bigger pictureA strong communicator, both in-person and in written presentationComfortable and capable gathering data and synthesizing it into actionable insights, using tools such as spreadsheets, analyses techniques, etc.Have the skills to effectively and credibly work with physicians and clinical teamsPassionate about growing our practices with patientsOriented to general management - comfortable managing budgets, building marketing plans, and advocating for practice teamsAble to independently exercise strong judgment and willing to share your opinion with colleaguesComfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and rapid change; an experimenter by naturePassionate about service to patients/customersMission drivenHonest, professional and of the highest integrityQualifications:
Bachelors degree with demonstrated academic excellenceGraduate degree, preferred10+ years of professional experience with track record of leading successful teams; experience managing managers is keyExperience in:
Managing a P&L for a complex enterpriseHealth care services and/or multi-unit consumer businesses or high touch service industryBusiness to Consumer (B2C) sales and marketing oversightKnowledge and experience in the Atlanta market, preferred
Management & Location:The Regional Director of Operations will report to the Chief Operations Officer. The Regional Director of Operations will work very closely with our providers to ensure quality care and operational excellence.
This position is based within the specified region with travel to Atlanta, GA headquarters, as requested.
