Summary:
As a Sr. Human Resource Manager, you will provide direction to the Human Resources (HR) team. Communicating goals, vision, expectations and priorities. You will coach and provide guidance/direction to the managers and team members through one-on-ones, team meetings, and consistent communication.
Responsibilities:Understand key initiatives and challenges to the organizationUse business knowledge to identify trends, analyse and make recommendationsEffectively influence the organization to drive positive changesLead Strategic Talent Review processGuide and advise to HR Managers in organizational structure decisions and changesLead Performance Management (company-wide) - Communicate, track, and guide the evaluation and promotion schedules & processes at the all-company (corporate) levelDrive policy & procedure communications and changes across the business that drive and align the desired culture and company valuesAnalyse turnover, headcount, and labor costs. Identify and communicate trends. Determine corrective actionsGuide and advise group or function transfers across the HR teamsLead annual strategic planning and goal setting process (including annual team building and engagement planning / new hire onboarding and mentor program planning / recruiting and marketing planning)Establish, track and analyze KPI'sNegotiate Master Service Agreements for outsourced servicesMaintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, SustainRight Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areasPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experienceExperience:
15+years of experience in HR Management in a manufacturing company, developing and driving initiatives, project planning & execution7 to 10+ years of experience leading a diverse team, utilizing proven leadership methodsCultivating and driving a performance-centered work culture at all levels of the businessDemonstrated HR Management experience from automotive manufacturing company is a plusSkills
