Albright College is seeking applications for Admission Recruiter. The Admission Recruiter is responsible for representing Albright College in conducting recruitment travel outreach and supporting the recruitment goals of Albright College and the Admission Office. The Admission Recruiter must be highly motivated, be able to communicate effectively and market the College to prospective students, parents and school counselors. The Admission Recruiter must be a strong collaborator, communicator and be able to work independently as a part of a team.

Essential Job Functions:

Participate in recruitment travel: attend college fairs, visit high schools, attend other programs in the designated travel region(s); evening, overnight, and weekend availability requiredStrong ability to effectively speak in public to small and large audiences with a high level of confidence and effectivenessHave a thorough and well-versed understanding of Albright College's academic, athletic, and experiential offerings and curriculumBuild relationships with prospective students, parents and school counselors met during recruitment travel by correspondence either in-person or via email/text/phoneCreate expense reports to track expenditures made during travel seasonRead applications for students from assigned travel territoryThese specific weeks and time period will be determined by the Director of Admission at Albright College.Other duties as assignedQualifications/Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree required5. LICENSES

Possess a valid driver's license
