Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as a business liaison to support projects from a financial perspective, analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management, specifically around manufacturing, and work with manufacturing to support changes required to drive financial results. You will also analyze financial reports, assist in budgeting and forecasting, conduct variance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management, specifically around manufacturing.
Work with manufacturing to support changes required to drive financial results.
Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance.
Assist with month-end accounting, specifically around raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for strategic planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
