Position Overview
The Integrated Marketing Intern position will play a vital role in the continued growth and success of Encore; working with the Marketing Team at the global headquarters in Schiller Park, IL, is a paid opportunity. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, and work collaboratively within the Marketing team functions: Product, Digital, and Customer Marketing, Industry Relations, Insights, Brand, and Communications. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Content Development – Writing and Strategy Contribution
Company newsletter development
Success story development through conducting interviews, copywriting, and asset creation
Product sell sheet development
Internal communications
Digital campaigns (social, email, website)
Project Management
Work daily with the core Integrated Marketing team on content projects
In partnership with the core team, work with the Encore marketing team and agencies as needed
Track projects in the project management tool
Sharing of assets for activation within the field and with global partners
Required Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related major
Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment
Possesses strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
Working Adobe Creative Suite skills – specifically Photoshop and InDesign – a plus
Presentation Skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
