Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters including SEC rules, FINRA, and securities litigation.Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the organization’s full legal rights.Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.Examine the legal implications of various corporate strategies and advise the management on the legal effects of business decisions and processes.Manage organization’s legal litigation and ensure the organization is protected at all times.Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.Ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the company’s leadership on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a corporate attorney, specifically with experience in securities law.In-depth understanding of SEC rules, FINRA, and securities litigation.High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.Excellent judgement and analytical skills.First-class interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks .Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.Outstanding communication skills.Interested in hearing more?
