**Job Description:**As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts. Your primary role will be to ensure the satisfaction of our clients by delivering top-quality service, maintaining strong relationships, and managing all aspects of their landscaping needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work and address any client concerns or issues.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.- Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements and additional services.- Monitor and manage budgets for each account, ensuring profitability.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.- Handle client communications, including resolving any issues promptly and professionally.- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.- Strong understanding of horticultural practices, landscape maintenance, and enhancement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software.- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
