General Summary & Scope•The Junior Accountant will review contracts/SOWs and IT invoices for appropriate coding and accounting treatment.•Provide support to the Sr. Manager of IT Services by reconciling IT invoices based on hours tracked in the PPM tool (Planview).•Cross-check labor invoices against timesheets to ensure adherence to accounting policy (Capital vs. Expense).•Examine contracts and SOWs for essential details.•Prepare contracts or purchase requisitions in Ariba according to SOW information.•Work with vendors to track aging items and ensure prompt payment of invoices.•Collaborate with the Project Management Team to ensure financial accuracy.•Assist with internal and external audit inquiries as required.•Support compliance with internal control policies and procedures.•Partner with business colleagues to collect information for accruals and adjustments.
