Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our Administrative Department and providing flexible support to our Executive Assistant Team. Duties include assisting in various projects and office needs, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, expense reports and document preparation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS

70% Provide general administrative support, including:Arrange and organize meetings, including conference room setup, coordinating with support teamsFiling, written and verbal correspondenceCalendar schedulingRespond to requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with preparation and review of documents, spreadsheets and presentation slidesExpense report preparation and receipt trackingCompile reports and communications on a recurring basisAssist with various travel arrangements and itinerariesPerform duties of a confidential nature30% Participate in the coordination and support of administrative projects and various company events

MINIMUM EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

Educational/Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years experience in an administrative or office support roleRequired Technical Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledgeable and proficient in productivity applications (Google Workspace, MS Office) including documents, spreadsheets, presentationsConcur and Tableau experience a plusGeneral Knowledge and Abilities:

Professional and friendly demeanorExcellent customer service skillsStrong grammar, editing and proofreading skills, as well as verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamAbility to understand sensitive information and maintain confidentialityPhysical Requirements:
