Minimum of 6 years experience managing structured securities offerings, with an emphasis on commercial real estate.Proficiency in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in real estate investment structuring.Prior experience with a top-tier law firm, preferably within the AmLaw 100.Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.Skills:
