with Product Marketing. Drive and own the successful execution of product and

experience is delivered.What You’ll Work OnSolid omnichannel marketing and diabetes experience and expertiseAbility to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levelsHigh learning agility, adaptability, and comfort with complexity and ambiguityHigh customer centricity / customer-first orientationDepth of experience in developing strategic marketing programs with an eye toward executional excellence in deliveryTranslate business problems into research objectives and integrate cross-functional questions/needs into all research to ensure insights are relevant and actionable across teams; proactively share and present research findings across the businessRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years related experience, with at least two years of experience in marketing, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.Marketing product/brand marketing experience.2 in either health care/OTC marketing; or consumer packaged goods marketing; or a combination of the two preferred.Preferred QualificationsSelf-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.Strong demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence partners in other functional areas.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.Comfortable working across functional areas and at varying levels of the organization.Previous experience with brand and product management, marketing strategy, marketing effectiveness, and strong communication and organization skills ideal.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
