As a Material Handler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of materials within our facility. You will be accountable for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be key to your success in this role.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our operations by ensuring that materials are readily available for production and that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or invoices
• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory control
• Retrieve materials from storage areas and deliver them to production areas as needed
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging and labeling
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and perform regular cycle counts
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory management systems

• Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
