The Temporary HR Coordinator will perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources project assignment. Primary activities for the project will include scanning personnel files and performing data entry into an electronic filing system.Job Responsibilities
Perform a variety of routine activities in support of human resources specific projectGather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sourcesUse electronic filing and data management system to move documents from paper to electronic documents with exceptional level of detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all timesUse office equipment such as scanner, copier, printer to manage and file human resources documentsPerform other administrative duties as assignedSupport, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationQualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of experience in professional office settingPrevious experience with record management, filing, and retentionHigh level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive informationStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilitiesExcellent attention to detail, produce work of the highest qualityKnowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)The expected pay scale for this position is $23.58/hour - $26.50/hour. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
