We are partnering with a stable and growing healthcare company seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist. This role is vital to ensuring seamless HR operations, supporting our leadership, and maintaining a positive employee experience.

(3+ months, with the potential to go temp-to-hire), and a competitive salary of $95-$115,000/yr (paid hourly).

Core duties:

Administer and manage benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize all available resources effectivelyLead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer processHandle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and providing guidance to both employees and managersEnsure compliance with company policies, state, and federal labor laws, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment recordsOversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and departing employeesConduct training and development sessions on topics such as HR policies, compliance, and workplace cultureSupport payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensationAdminister leave of absence programs such as FMLA and ensure compliance with legal requirementsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAct as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters and initiatives, managing the full scope of HR operations with little to no supervisionWhat we're looking for:

Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience covering a full scope of HR functionsEqual contributor role with a heavy focus on benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisitionMust be available to start immediately and work fully on-site in Brea, CAStrong expertise in benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relationsAbility to work independently and manage all HR functions with minimal supervision
