Customer Service Administrative

We want to welcome a new Customer Service Administrative who will assist in executing the daily Branch Operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other Customer Service and Post Sales tasks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Delegates delivery issues or similar to solve customer Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for the branch.
  • Represents Neolith as Brand Ambassador, their values and business goals.
  • Supervises accounts reconciliation for both customers and suppliers.
  • Querying/chasing payment from customers and maintenance of their credit accounts.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Acts as support for Administration HQ as regards bookkeeping tasks and bank reconciliation.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes.
  • Liaising with accountant.
  • Managing office budget and negotiating contracts with suppliers to keep expenditure under control.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Develop and maintain a e-filing system.
  • Monitoring of supplier invoices.
  • Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for the branch.

Requirements:

  • Preferred but not essential Bachelor’s degree.
  • More than 2+ years of hybrid experience in accounting and customer service positions.
  • Background in cross functional duties in cooperation with remote teammates.
  • Strong teamwork skills and relationship builder.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with confidential, sensitive information.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience is highly valuable.
