1st shift Production Supervisor

What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:

• Oversee production processes to achieve optimal output and efficiency
• Train, schedule, and develop a team of production employees
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage departmental costs and resources effectively
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management
• Ensure product quality and adherence to good manufacturing practices

What you'll bring to the Production Supervisor role:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Aseptic processing experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
